Office Administrator

Work Location: Bangalore (WFH, Need to visit the office when needed)

As an Office administrator, you will need to :

  • Manage all the office administrative tasks such as software renewals, licensing, follow-up with auditors on billing.
  • Managing invoices to clients
  • Arranging interviews with candidates
  • Monitor social media promotions. 

The preferred candidate should meet the below requirements:

  • Good communication Skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Degree in any stream
